Brodale were contacted by Whistlestop for a new kitchen install.
Prior to install Brodale removed all old equipment from the site. A new bespoke stainless steel prep sink was designed and installed alongside a front-loading dishwasher with racking. A hand wash area was plumbed in on exit route.
An electric 4 ring oven was supplied and installed. A thermal barrier was installed between the oven and fire exit to comply with kitchen safety regulations. No extraction was required on this specific job due to the oven being electric.
This project was completed within a week due to Brodale’s efficient Project Management and experienced engineer team who worked to the highest standard to achieve full customer satisfaction.
