With 12 sites across the UK, including the flagship restaurant in Victoria Centre London, Brodale helped La Tasca to get it’s 5-star status.
Having already having an established contract with La Tasca, Brodale were set the task to maintain and replace restaurant equipment. The Brodale team removed, cleaned and serviced existing equipment, whilst replacing older equipment that was no longer suitable. Working consistently with La Tasca, the team helped improve the company’s image and kitchen standards.
The 12 sites were completed within an impressive 6-month period due to Brodale’s efficient Project Management and experienced engineer team who worked to the highest standard to achieve full customer satisfaction.
