Yesterday we installed a new Coven combi oven and condensate canopy in the kitchen
A new 3 phase electrical supply, water supply, combi drain and condensate drain was installed and tested
The job was completed in a day and was booked in with site to minimise disruption of the kitchen
The on site manager was very happy with the final product and signed the job off by the home manager
The kitchen staff were also given a demonstration on how to use the oven by a qualified engineer
