Case Study 1:
Who: Gaddesby Primary School
Where: Leicestershire
What: Design, supply & install a full catering kitchen
The project focused on implementing the following – extraction and ventilation, gas installation, gas interlock system, and installation of prime cooking equipment, including the Opus 6-Burner, Fryers and Combination Oven. Bespoke design and installation of stainless steel tabling and sinks, vinyl flooring, PVC wall cladding, and commissioning of completed kitchen with ‘How to Use’ guides with each piece of equipment installed. There was also a commercial dishwasher installed, complete with bespoke entry & exit tabling. Work was completed with Building Contractor Bailey Construction.
Case Study 2:
Who: Bean Culture Cafe
Where: Nottingham Tennis Centre – owned by Nottingham City Council
What: Installation of new cafe
Bean Culture is an exciting new café installed as part of the Nottingham Tennis Centre and specialises in serving high quality food and beverages to cater for all tastes within . This project was completed to short timescales, and included the refurbishment of existing outlet to the Bean Culture concept. Project included the installation of laminate flooring, new serving counters, display area and catering equipment.
Case Study 3:
Who: Bean Culture Cafe
Where: Central Library Nottingham – owned by Nottingham City Council
What: Installation of new cafe
Bean Culture launches at Nottingham Central Library and was opened in early December. This project was completed within a short timeframe, starting with an empty room, the café was fully installed with laminate flooring, new ceiling, installation of all the required catering equipment and an automated metal shutter for the café’s new entrance / exit.

Hawthorn Leisure- Pubs – January 2016
“Where innovation meets experience to create a new world of hospitality”
Brodale Catering Equipment Ltd announce a new service contract with Hawthorn Leisure. We will be responsible for 75% of their estate, and we look forward to a great working relationship with this new exciting opportunity.

Joules – January 2016
“Joule’s Ale: Best served…in a Pub”
Brodale Catering Equipment Ltd announce a new project and service contract with Joule’s Brewery of Market Drayton. We will be responsible for 100% of their estate, and we look forward to a great working relationship with this exciting new customer.

“The home of really good ale”
Brodale Catering Equipment Ltd announce a new service contract with Marston’s. We will be responsible for one region of their estate, and we look forward to continuing to support Marston’s as a second tier contractor.
