A install of a new gas interlock system and supply air fan in the main kitchen which is now a gas safe regulation which states that the extract and supply air fan must be on for gas to be used in the kitchen, this reduces the risk of carbon monoxide build up in the kitchen therefore makes it safer for the customer
The work took three men one day to complete and was co ordinated with the manager on site to reduce disruption of the business
The customer was very happy with the final product and helped him reassure the staff the kitchen is safe to work
