We recently did the annual service of the extraction and gas equipment in the two training kitchens on the first floor – we actually did the fit out of both kitchens 10 years ago so was easy for us to find our way round both systems!
The service includes replacement of filters and performance tests of extraction and supply fans
Service and test all the gas equipment, gas interlocks, isolation valves and emergency stop buttons
A CO2 reading was also taken which the kitchen passed
A full report and certifications were sent on completion of the job, there was certain upgrades which were recommend as well and they have been quoted
The work was carried out when the college was on half term so there was no disruption to normal operations
